      采用水提法提取沙葱多糖,研究了活性炭添加量、脱色时间和脱色温度对沙葱多糖脱色效果的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验确定了沙葱多糖活性碳脱色的最优工艺参数。结果表明,活性炭添加量对脱色效果的影响最大,其次为温度,再次为时间。最佳脱色条件为脱色温度80 ℃,活性碳添加量1.0%,吸附时间40 min,在此条件下,脱色率为93.25%,多糖损失率为18.79%。
英文摘要:
      This experiment extracteded Allium Mongolicum Regel polysaccharide using water extract method, The effects of the addition quantity of the active carbon, decolorized time and on decolorized temperature Allium Mongolicum Regel polysaccharide decoloration have been studied with the single factor experiment method and the orthogonal experiment design method.The result show that effect of the addition quantity of active carbon was the best remarkable, next to decolorized temperature and time. The optimized decolorized conditions were decolorized temperature 80℃, the addition quantity of active carbon 1.0% and decolorized time 40 min,Under this condition, the decoloring rate was 93.25% and the loss rate of polysaccharide was 18.79%.
