    摘要:

    基于飞机黑匣子的原理和思想,设计出一种运用于工业控制方面的数据记录仪。记录工业仪器实验过程中产生的试验数据,通过分析记录下来的试验数据,改进设备的设计。首先给出数据记录仪的设计思想,然后设计出系统的各个模块。为了提高设备的存储可靠性,使用冗余技术,采用缓存和乒乓存储模式解决传输数据与存储数据速率不一致的问题。通过编写测试程序,实现对设备的软件测试。证明该系统的设计符合应用要求。

    Abstract:

    The principles and ideas on aircraft black box were used to design a data recorder on industrial control. According to the experimental data recorded by the instrument, we can improve the design of equipment. Firstly, the design ideas of the data recorder were introduced, then the several modules of the system were designed. In order to improve the storage reliability of data recorder, the skill of redundance was given. Then the buffer memory and the ping-pong memory mode were used to solve the problem of inconsistent rates of the transfer data and store data. Finally, it was proved that the system could meet the application requirements under the test of the program.
