      辐射制冷器是一种通过向空间环境辐射热量而获得冷量的被动制冷装置,具有寿命长、无功耗、无干扰等突出优点,因此广泛应用于红外探测系统。辐射制冷器支撑结构的设计是总体设计中的关键。本文基于HyperWorks/OptiStruct平台并结合拓扑优化技术完成了辐射制冷器支撑结构的设计,最终的设计结果为结构基频95Hz,辐射制冷器中心对安装底面的频响放大倍数最大值为3.7,满足系统要求。
英文摘要:
      The radiant cooler is a passive cooler system gaining cooling power by radiating heat into space environment. Benefited by its long operational life, no power and non-interference characteristics, it is widely applied in the Infrared Detection System. The supporting structure of radiant cooler is the key in the overall design. A supporting structure design is based on HyperWorks/OptiStruct platform and integrated topology optimization technology. This design provides a structural fundamental frequency of 95Hz. The center of the radiant cooler introduces a maximum 3.7 times frequency respondent magnification to the installed underside. The system requirement is satisfied.
