    摘要:

    生产柔性和供应链契约柔性是实现供应链柔性的两个基本要素。现有的国内外的研究中,多数对生产柔性和柔性契约分别进行研究。柔性契约作为一种新兴的供应链协调方式,在新兴产业,特别是电子产业中得到了广泛的应用,也引起了学界的广泛关注。在柔性契约的研究方面,以报童模型和其他经典供应链模型为模板所作的模型化研究比较多。但是柔性契约离不开生产柔性的辅助,在建模中也应充分考虑生产柔性的前提下的供应链协调。本文在经典契约模型的基础上,引入生产时间弹性因素变量来调整供应链协调状态,并对基于柔性生产的柔性契约协调模型并进行优化分析。

    Abstract:

    Production flexibility and supply chain contract flexibility are two basic elements to achieve supply chain flexibility. The current study of supply chain flexibility both at home and abroad are focused on production flexibility and contract coordinate separately. Quantity flexibility contract, a new method of supply chain coordination, is widely used in emerging industries, especially in electronics industry. It is also attracted attention from academic communities. In flexible contract research, some researchers use newsboy model and other classical models to study about the new coordinate method. Contract flexibility can’t be separated from production flexibility. In modeling research, production flexibility should also be fully considered. In this paper, we introduced production flexibility into flexible contract models to modify supply chain coordinate status and work out a method to calculate optimal order quantity in quantity flexibility contract.
