    摘要:

    由于水泥混凝土路面病害发展规律有其自身特点,现有预防性养护理论难以直接指导水泥混凝土路面的预防性养护。系统分析了水泥混凝土路面各阶段典型病害的发展演化机理,指出水泥混凝土路面病害遵循由轻到重、由接缝料破损损等非结构性病害到板块断裂的结构性破坏转变。基于此规律,有针对性地提出了延缓病害转化的三个关键时期的养护维修对策和实施时机的选择方法。并以湖南省益常高速公路调研数据进行各养护维修对策的费用效果比排序。说明及时实施预防性养护对策能大大提高养护效益,提高路面使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    Due to the rule of development of cement concrete pavement disease has its own characteristics, the existing theory, difficult to directly guide the preventive maintenance of cement concrete pavement. Systematic analysis of the cement concrete pavement disease in various stages of development and evolution of the typical mechanism, pointing out that cement concrete road surface disease followed by light to heavy ,material damage loss from joint diseases such as non-structural damage to the structural changes in plate fracture. Based on this rule, it puts forward three keys to delay disease conversion in period of the implementation of conservation measures and the timing of repair options. Furthermore use the survey data from Hunan Yi-Chang Expressway, to sort the maintenance of various conservation measures of the cost-effectiveness. Note the timely implementation of preventive conservation measures can greatly increase the conservation benefits and improve the road service life.
