    摘要:

    插补过程中的加减速控制的精度和速度是CNC系统的重要指标,决定了数控系统的性能优劣。在CNC装置中,为了保证机床在启动或停止时不产生冲击、失步、超程或振荡,必须对进给电机的脉冲频率或电压进行加减速控制。重点分析了指定脉冲控制方式下的直线型加减速控制方法和S曲线加减速控制方法。通过计算机仿真表明,直线型加减速方法计算简单,但是存在冲击;S曲线形和复合曲线加减速法不存在冲击,速度适中,但计算复杂。所以根据不同的控制精度、控制速度选择合适的加减速控制方法是很重要的。

    Abstract:

    In the interpolation process,the precision and the speed of acceleration/deceleration contro1 is an important target of the CNC system,which determined the performance of CNC system .In the CNC device, in order to ensure the machine that did not generate an impact, out-of-step, super-way or oscillation,it must control acceleration and deceleration to feed motor pulse frequency or voltage,when it started or stopped .It analysesd mainly the linear and the S-curve acceleration/deceleration control methods under the assigned pulse control mode. The computer simulation shows that the linear acceleration and deceleration method is simple, but the existence of the impact; S-shaped curve and composite curve acceleration and deceleration law is no impact, moderate speed, but the computational complexity. Therefore, depending on the control precision and control to choose the right speed acceleration and deceleration control method is very important.
